Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver

  personalized mentoring and counselling

  to medical aspirants.
• Manage the

  entire counselling-to-admission process

  , ensuring smooth and informed decision-making.

• Track, analyze

  , and optimize counselling/sales performance metrics.
• Guide students in selecting

  best-fit colleges and courses

  based on their goals and profile.
• Maintain

  ongoing support and engagement

  with students throughout their admission journey.
• Coordinate with internal teams to streamline communication and documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in any discipline.
• 25 years of experience in client relations, sales, customer support, or counselling (preferred).
• Strong command of

  English and Kannada

  both verbal and written.
• Excellent

  interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving

  skills.
• Experience in

  career counselling or NEET domain

  is a plus.
• Familiarity with

  CRM tools

  , Microsoft Excel, and basic research/presentation skills.
