Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel students and parents on courses, admissions, and career options.
  • Convert leads into admissions through effective communication and follow-ups.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly enrollment targets.
  • Maintain and update student databases and CRM records.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
  • Goal-oriented with good customer relationship management.
  • Effective listening, problem-solving, and multitasking.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
