Our team works closely with students and parents, providing counseling and support for admissions across a wide range of programs and institutions. We are expanding our team and looking for passionate Admission Counsellors to join us at our Noida office.

Role

We are hiring Admission Counsellors who are fluent in Tamil / Kannada / Telugu / Malayalam along with excellent English communication skills. The role involves handling student inquiries, providing career and course guidance, and managing end-to-end admission processes.

Key

• Counsel students and parents on academic programs, admission processes, and career pathways.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, inquiries, and follow-ups with prospective students.

• Convert leads into successful admissions through effective communication and guidance.

• Maintain student records, track applications, and provide timely updates.

• Assist in admission events, seminars, and promotional activities when required.

• Build strong relationships with students and ensure a high level of satisfaction.

Requirements:

Tamil

• For Fresher Position: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm to guide students.

• For Experienced Position: 1–2 years of experience in student counseling, telecalling, or admission-related roles. Proven ability to convert leads into admissions.

• Qualification: Graduate in any stream (Education / Counseling background preferred).

• Strong persuasion, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work on-site from our Noida office.
