Role Overview

The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for handling inquiries, conducting school tours, and assisting parents in the admission process. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to manage admission-related data efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Admissions & Parent Interaction

  • Respond to admission inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Guide prospective parents through the admissions process, ensuring a smooth and informative experience.
  • Conduct school tours, explain the curriculum, and highlight key features of BIS.
  • Assist parents in completing application forms and required documentation.

Follow-ups & Enrollment Support

  • Maintain a structured follow-up system for inquiries and applications.
  • Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure timely communication with parents.
  • Track enrollment status and update the admissions database accordingly.

Event & Promotional Activities

  • Assist in planning and executing open houses, admission events, and orientation programs.
  • Work with the marketing team to support promotional activities and campaigns.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and admissions using CRM/ERP systems.
  • Generate reports on admission trends and provide insights for strategic planning.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Any Graduate or Post Graduate
  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in admissions, customer service, or a related field
  • Skills:
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM/ERP systems
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
