Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Sales professional located in the Mohali district. The Admission Sales professional will be responsible for engaging with prospective students, providing information about programs, handling inquiries, and guiding students through the enrollment process. Day-to-day tasks include customer service, conducting sales presentations, managing sales databases, and participating in outreach efforts to connect with potential students. The role also involves training and mentoring junior sales team members.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
• Experience in Training and mentoring junior team members
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the education sector is a plus
• Should be ready to travel to different locations
