Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Admission Sales Executive role located in Raipur. The Admission Sales Executive will drive student enrollment by identifying and engaging with potential families, organizing school tours, and effectively communicating the value of the institution’s programs. Responsibilities include conducting academic aptitude tests, managing application processes, following up with prospective students, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. A significant part of the role involves achieving admissions targets while delivering an exceptional admissions experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, admissions, or customer service, particularly in an educational setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and academic professionals.
  • Ability to manage application processes and conduct aptitude tests for prospective students.
  • Organizational skills for managing leads, tracking admissions, and maintaining documentation.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed enrollment targets.
  • Proficiency in standard office software; familiarity with CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in school admissions or educational outreach is beneficial.
