Business Development Executives / Admission Counselors

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups, outbound calls, emails, and cold calling.
  
• Counsel prospective students and parents on MAHE MBA programs, understanding their career goals and recommending suitable offerings.
  
• Achieve admission targets and contribute to overall sales and revenue objectives.
  
• Manage the end-to-end admission process, including application guidance, documentation support, and deadline tracking.
• Close sales and consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups using CRM systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of applications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents through effective communication.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong customer-centric approach with the ability to empathize with students and parents.
• Proven experience in inside sales, business development, or admission counseling (education/ed-tech preferred).
• Strong target-driven mindset with demonstrated lead-to-conversion capability.
• Experience working with CRM tools.
• Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills.
• Fluency in

  English and Hindi

  is mandatory.

• Education:

  Any graduate (mandatory).
