Location:

Role & responsibilities

• Attract prospective students by visiting schools, colleges, and tutorial classes, delivering engaging presentations.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions across West Bengal and neighbouring states.
  
• Achieve admission targets through effective marketing and outreach strategies.
  
• Arrange and conduct seminars/presentations in schools, colleges, and tutorial homes.
  
• Represent Brainware University at educational fairs and events.

Qualifications:

• Minimum graduation degree in any discipline.
  
• 1- 4 years of experience in marketing within the education industry (experience level will determine Executive or Officer designation).

Key Skills:

• Strong communication and presentation skills (English, Bengali, Hindi preferred).
  
• Public speaking and audience engagement.
  
• Relationship building with schools, colleges, and other institutions.
  
• Marketing and promotional strategy execution.
  
• Negotiation and persuasion skills.
  
• Ability to achieve sales/admission targets.
  
• Event planning and coordination.
  
• Willingness to travel extensively, at least across the districts of West Bengal.
  
• Time management and organizational skills.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in education sector marketing, student recruitment, or admissions.
  
• Existing network and contacts within schools, colleges, and tutorial centres in West Bengal or neighbouring states.
  
• Comfortable with frequent travel and fieldwork.
  
• Energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven.
  
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with students, parents, and academic leaders.
  
• Prior experience in conducting seminars, presentations, and education fairs.

• Candidates with marketing/sales experience in Insurance or Banking, willing to shift to the education industry, are welcome to apply.
