Admissions Manager (Out-of-State)

Roles

  • State wise admission targets and plan
  • Lead counsellors/tele-calling/executive teams
  • Lead follow up/tele-calling
  • Liaise with College Principals, Marketing vendors and consultants
  • Guard ROI/budget; ensure policy & quality compliance

Responsibilities

  • Build monthly outreach calendar including school & college visits
  • Track funnel (lead → app → fee → admit); publish weekly dashboards
  • Enforce <1-hr lead response SLA; maintain CRM hygiene
  • Run drip marketing campaigns
  • Negotiate partners/fairs; ensure deliverables and on-ground readiness
  • Verify documentation accuracy; close escalations fast
  • Campus tour of the visitors

Eligibility

  • Graduate/Postgraduate; 5–8 yrs of experience in University admissions
  • Proven team handling and target ownership across multiple cities/states
  • Strong analytics (Excel/Sheets), CRM proficiency, presentation/reporting skills
  • Excellent English & Hindi; regional language a plus; high travel readiness
  • Added Advantage: International admissions exposure (agent network management, student fairs, lead nurturing across time zones, visa/basic compliance awareness for foreign/NRI/OCI applicants)
