Job Title: Admission Manager Location: Noida Department: Marketing & Admissions Experience: 6+ Years CTC: Upto 8 LPA Job Summary: we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Admission Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end admissions process. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with the ability to create a positive and professional impression of the institution. This role is pivotal in driving student enrollment and supporting institutional growth through strategic outreach, counseling, and relationship-building efforts. Key Responsibilities: Admissions Strategy: Design and execute strategies to attract and enroll qualified and motivated students across programs. Counseling & Guidance: Counsel prospective students and their families regarding courses, eligibility, admission procedures, and career opportunities. Lead Management & Communication: Handle all incoming inquiries via phone, email, or in-person meetings with professionalism and accuracy. Outreach & Representation: Represent AEG at education fairs, school visits, seminars, and other outreach programs to promote the brand and build networks. Application Process Oversight: Manage and monitor the entire admissions lifecycle from inquiry to application, document verification, and final enrollment. Team Collaboration: Work closely with academic, marketing, and administrative teams to ensure seamless operations and goal alignment. Market Research: Track and analyze admission trends, competitor strategies, and student behavior to refine outreach efforts. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records and reports of admissions and enrollment activities via CRM/LMS platforms. Campus Engagement: Plan and conduct campus tours, hostel visits, and orientation programs to create a welcoming experience for prospects. Follow-ups & Conversion: Ensure regular follow-ups with leads and walk-ins to enhance conversion rates. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred 3+ years of experience in admissions, counseling, or student recruitment Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Strong interpersonal skills and a student-focused mindset Experience with CRM/LMS tools and MS Office Suite Proactive, confident, and well-groomed with a professional demeanor Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment Willingness to travel for outreach events as required For further assistance contact/whatsapp: 9811995828 or write to anjali@gist.org.in
