Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead and manage the
end-to-end student admission and enrollment process
across all campuses.
Develop and implement
strategic admission plans
to achieve targeted student intake.
Supervise and mentor the
admissions and counseling teams
, ensuring high performance and accountability.
Conduct
outreach programs, parent meetings, and counseling sessions
to promote the institutions offerings.
Collaborate with
marketing and academic departments
to align promotional efforts with enrollment goals.
Monitor
admission metrics, lead conversions, and CRM data
to improve inquiry-to-enrollment ratios.
Ensure a
smooth and supportive admissions experience
for students and parents.
Represent the institution in
education fairs, open houses, and community events
to strengthen brand visibility.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification:
Masters in
Business Administration (MBA)
,
Education Management
, or related discipline (preferred). Bachelor’s in
Management, Marketing, or related field
(essential).
Experience:
7–10 years in
admissions, student recruitment, or educational sales
, preferably in
K–12 schools, junior colleges, or coaching institutions
. 3–5 years in a
leadership or managerial role
handling admissions teams.
Skills & Competencies:
Proven record of achieving
enrollment targets
in competitive academic environments.
Strong
leadership, communication, and persuasive sales skills
.
Proficient in
CRM systems, Excel, and data analytics tools
.
Customer-focused
, collaborative, and adaptable to dynamic work conditions.
Preferred Background:
Experience with
CBSE and IB affiliated institutions
