Job Description

Job Summary:

The Senior Admission Executive Marketing Outreach is responsible for planning and executing outreach and promotional activities to generate admissions, strengthen brand presence, and build strong relationships with schools, colleges, coaching centers, and other educational stakeholders. The role focuses on lead generation, counseling, and conversion through effective marketing initiatives and personalized engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outreach & Networking

  • Conduct marketing outreach programs in schools, colleges, and coaching centers to promote institution courses and offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, counselors, and educational influencers.
  • Represent the institution at education fairs, seminars, career expos, and workshops.
  • Plan and execute tie-ups and collaborations with educational institutions and career counselors.

2. Lead Generation & Admissions

  • Generate student leads through outreach activities, social media, and digital campaigns.
  • Counsel and guide prospective students and parents about programs, eligibility, and admission procedures.
  • Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion to admissions.
  • Maintain and update the lead management system (LMS/CRM) regularly.

3. Marketing & Brand Promotion

  • Coordinate with the marketing team to execute campaigns, print collaterals, and digital advertisements for outreach events.
  • Assist in planning and executing branding and promotional activities such as roadshows, workshops, webinars, and open houses.
  • Gather market intelligence and competitor data to identify trends and opportunities.

4. Event Coordination

  • Support the planning and execution of admission drives, exhibitions, and institutional visits.
  • Prepare presentations and deliver career guidance sessions to students.
  • Ensure event logistics, branding, and data collection are effectively managed.

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on outreach activities, leads generated, and conversions.
  • Track ROI and performance of various outreach campaigns.
  • Maintain a database of school and college contacts for future engagement.

Educational Qualification & Experience

  • Qualification:

    Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA in Marketing preferred).
  • Experience: 1+years

    years of experience in student outreach, admissions, or marketing (preferably in the education sector).
