Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with prospective students and parents through telephone, email, and digital communication channels to assess academic interests and eligibility.
Provide comprehensive and accurate information regarding undergraduate and postgraduate programs, admission criteria, and fee structures.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions, lead status, and follow-up activities within the CRM system.
Achieve assigned weekly & monthly enrollment targets in alignment with ethical counselling practices and organizational standards.
Address student queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring clarity and transparency throughout the admissions journey.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
0–2 years of relevant experience in admissions counselling, education consulting, academic advising, or customer engagement roles preferred.
Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a professional demeanor are encouraged to apply.
Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple student engagements effectively in a target-oriented environment.
