Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and student-focused Admission Counselor to join our CBSE school’s administrative team. The Admission Counselor will be responsible for managing the end-to-end student admission process, engaging with parents, guiding them through admission procedures, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a thorough understanding of CBSE admission norms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inquiries from prospective parents and students through calls, emails, walk-ins, and school visits.
• Provide detailed and accurate information about the school’s curriculum, admission process, policies, and fee structure.
• Conduct school tours and counseling sessions for parents and students.
• Coordinate admission tests, interviews, and other formalities as per CBSE guidelines.
• Maintain updated admission records and ensure timely documentation.
• Follow up with leads, respond to queries promptly, and maintain a database of inquiries and conversions.
• Assist in planning and organizing admission events, orientations, and open houses.
• Work closely with the Principal, academic coordinators, and administration to ensure smooth onboarding of new students.
• Prepare and share periodic admission reports with the management.
• Stay updated with CBSE norms and changes related to school admissions and compliance.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education or Administration background preferred).
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a CBSE or other reputed school.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and local language.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
• Pleasant personality with a student and parent-centric approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic data management tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
