Admission Counselor

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and engaging information about UG and PG programs, including eligibility, curriculum, and career opportunities.
• Connect with prospective students through phone calls, emails, and chat to build rapport and understand their aspirations.
• Conduct personalized counseling sessions to assess each student’s academic background, interests, and career goals.
• Guide students in selecting the most suitable program based on their strengths and ambitions.
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the admission journey—offering updates, reminders, and motivation until successful enrollment.
• Achieve monthly enrollment targets while maintaining a strong focus on student satisfaction and service quality.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of all student interactions and progress in the CRM system.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 0–2 years of experience in admissions, academic counseling, customer engagement, or inside sales.
• Fresh graduates passionate about helping students shape their careers are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills, with an empathetic approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
