Admission Counselor

Responsibilities:

• Connect with Prospective Learners: Reach out via phone, email, or chat to learn more about students' backgrounds and future aspirations.
• Offer Tailored Guidance: Recommend UG/PG programs that align with each candidate’s goals and interests.
• Support the Full Admissions Journey: Help applicants navigate every stage—from their first inquiry through to successful enrollment.
• Share Detailed Program Information: Clearly communicate curriculum highlights, class schedules, fee structures, and application procedures.
• Track and Nurture Leads: Use CRM systems to keep information up to date, follow up efficiently, and maintain strong communication.
• Drive Enrollments: Consistently work toward monthly enrollment goals through proactive engagement and effective counseling.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline
• 0–2 years of experience (background in academic advising, sales, or admissions is an advantage but not required)
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
• Excellent command of English—both spoken and written
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust quickly
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus, but not essential

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
