Admission Counselor

As an admissions counselor, you will play a crucial role in guiding prospective students through the application and enrollment process for educational institutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Serving as the primary point of contact for prospective students and their families, providing detailed information about programs, curriculum, admission requirements, costs, and financial aid opportunities. - Participating in and organizing recruitment activities such as on-campus events, campus tours, college fairs, information sessions, and school visits. - Assisting students with completing application forms, collecting necessary documents, and conducting follow-up communication via phone, email, and in-person meetings. - Maintaining accurate records of all applicant interactions, communications, and application statuses using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. - Collaborating with other admissions staff, marketing teams, and academic departments to meet enrollment goals and refine recruitment strategies.
