Role Overview We are looking for a **young, energetic, and result-driven Admission Counselor** who can be the **face of our institute**. The ideal candidate should be confident, target-oriented, and passionate about guiding students in their career journeys. You will be responsible for student counseling, admission closures, and achieving monthly/quarterly enrollment targets. Key Responsibilities * Counsel prospective students and parents about institute courses, career pathways, and training benefits. * Handle inbound/outbound calls, walk-ins, and follow-ups to drive admissions. * Maintain updated records of leads, inquiries, and conversions in CRM/Excel. * Conduct presentations, seminars, and participation in events to promote the institute. * Meet and exceed admission targets and revenue goals set by management. * Collaborate with the marketing team to generate quality leads. * Provide accurate information and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. * Act as a brand ambassador and represent the institute professionally. Key Skills & Competencies * Strong communication & interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred). * Convincing ability with a student-friendly yet persuasive approach. * Target-oriented mindset with proven track record in admissions/sales. * Confident personality with presentable appearance – able to be the **face of the institute**. * Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment. * Good knowledge of IT training/education industry will be an added advantage. Qualification & Experience * Graduate/Postgraduate in any field (preferred: Education, Marketing, HR, or IT background). * 1–3 years of experience as an Admission Counselor, Academic Counselor, or in the EdTech/Training/Skill Development sector. * Freshers with excellent communication and confidence may also be considered.
