We are seeking a motivated and student-focused Admission Counselor to guide prospective students through the admissions process. The ideal candidate will provide accurate information, build strong relationships with applicants and families, and support enrollment goals while delivering an excellent student experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students on programs, admissions requirements, and enrollment procedures
• Manage inquiries via phone, email, virtual meetings, and in-person visits
• Review applications and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy
• Conduct campus tours, information sessions, and outreach events
• Maintain accurate records in the admissions CRM/system
• Collaborate with academic departments, financial aid, and student services
• Support recruitment initiatives, school visits, and marketing efforts
• Meet enrollment and conversion goals while maintaining ethical standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in admissions, counseling, education, sales, or customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
• Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends during peak recruitment periods

Preferred Skills

• Experience in higher education admissions
• Knowledge of enrollment management practices
• Multilingual abilities a plus
