Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Admin Manager to oversee and manage the administrative operations of our school. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills, with proven experience in a school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the school
• Supervise administrative and support staff
• Maintain school records, documentation, and compliance requirements
• Coordinate with academic staff and school management
• Oversee procurement, inventory, and facility management
• Ensure smooth communication with parents, vendors, and external bodies
• Implement and improve administrative policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Male candidate
• Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in a school
• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, or related field (preferred)
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
