Key Responsibilities

• Assist in reaching out to prospective parents to provide information about our school's programs and offerings.
• Support in effectively communicating the value proposition of Cyboard School to prospective students and families.
• Collaborate with the team to contribute to achieving set monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting leads into Admissions.
• Assist in maintaining a database of leads, follow up with inquiries, and track progress towards sales goals.
• Learn and contribute to building and maintaining positive relationships with prospective parents.
• Assist in addressing inquiries, concerns, and objections in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Provide support in delivering excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for all prospective students.
• Stay updated on educational trends, competitors, and industry developments.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or Graduate degree.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and develop strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a commitment to contributing to the achievement of
• sales targets.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with various departments.
• Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools is a plus.
