About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Admission Counselor to guide prospective students through the admissions process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing accurate information, counseling students on available courses/programs, and ensuring smooth enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, admission procedures, and eligibility.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries.
• Guide students in choosing the right program based on their interests and career goals.
• Explain course details, fee structure, admission policies, and other related information.
• Follow up with leads to convert them into admissions.
• Maintain and update student databases, records, and reports in CRM.
• Participate in admission campaigns, seminars, education fairs, and other promotional activities.
• Meet monthly/quarterly admission targets set by the management.
• Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding of enrolled students.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education, Marketing, or Psychology preferred).
• 1–4 years of experience in counseling, admissions, or student advisory roles (education sector preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle queries with patience and professionalism.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online communication platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in higher education / edtech / training institutes.
• Multilingual communication ability (English + regional/international languages).
• Strong sales/counseling background with target-driven mindset.
