Role Description

As an Admission Counsellor, you will play a vital role in guiding students and professionals through the university application, admissions, and profile-building processes. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Okhla Phase 2, Delhi.


Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting students and working professionals in researching university options, evaluating profiles, advising on application strategies, reviewing documents, and collaborating with team members to help candidates achieve their academic and professional goals.


In addition to handling student cases, you will also work with professionals applying for special visa categories such as EB1, O1, and similar, supporting them in building strong professional portfolios, drafting research papers, and enhancing their academic and professional profiles to meet competitive global standards.


Qualifications

  • Advising and Counseling Skills: Ability to communicate effectively, evaluate diverse profiles (students and professionals), and provide tailored guidance.
  • Research and Documentation Skills: Strong competence in researching universities, programs, and admission/visa requirements; experience in research paper drafting, editing, and academic writing is a plus.
  • Administrative and Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously, track client progress, and ensure timely updates throughout the process.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with tools and platforms such as spreadsheets, collaborative software, and CRM systems.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Exceptional interpersonal skills, professionalism, and a proactive approach to client success.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, English, or a related field preferred; familiarity with international admissions or global talent visa processes will be an added advantage.
