About the Role:
Vision Flying Training Institute is looking for a dynamic and experienced Admission Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process for pilot training and aviation programs. This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication, persuasive skills, and a clear understanding of the aviation training industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with students and parents regarding course offerings, eligibility, and admission procedures.
• Provide detailed information about the institute, pilot training programs, fee structures, DGCA regulations, and career outcomes.
• Conduct face-to-face and virtual counselling sessions to help candidates choose the right training path.
• Follow up with leads generated through various sources (walk-ins, online inquiries, etc.) and ensure timely conversions.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions using CRM or Excel-based systems.
• Support the admissions team during entrance test coordination, document verification, and orientation sessions.

Required Qualifications:

• MBA in Marketing, HR, or a related field (completed 3–4 years ago).
• 3–5 years of experience in admission counselling, preferably in aviation, education, or training sectors.
• Excellent spoken and written communication in English and Hindi.
• Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
