About the Role

Admission Counsellor

What You'll Do

✅ Call and connect with assigned leads through our auto-dialer system

✅ Understand the learner’s goals, interests, and eligibility

✅ Build rapport and provide clear, honest program information

5+ VC sessions per day

✅ Ensure a smooth coordination between leads and counsellors

✅ Maintain accurate lead data and interactions in the CRM

Who We're Looking For

2 years of Edtech sales experience

1 year in your current/last company

spoken English

✔️ Passionate about education and guiding learners

6-day work week

MS Office & CRM systems

Performance Metrics

300+ minutes

5 Video Counselling sessions/day

80% of your leads daily

weekly revenue targets
