Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins regarding courses and admissions
Counsel students to understand program offerings and career paths
Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records of interactions
Assist in application processes and ensure timely documentation
Collaborate with marketing teams for outreach campaigns and seminars
Provide periodic reports on admissions, conversion rates, and feedback
Build rapport with students to foster trust and encourage enrollment
Attend events, webinars, and fairs to represent the institution

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree (Education, Marketing, or related field preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in counseling, sales, or customer service
Familiarity with CRM software and educational platforms
Ability to empathize and connect with diverse backgrounds
A persuasive and patient demeanor with a results-driven approach
