1. Counsel prospective students through calls, emails, chats, and in-person meetings, offering accurate and comprehensive information about programs, admission procedures, and financial options.
2. Follow up rigorously on leads generated through various marketing campaigns and maintain a high conversion rate from inquiries to admissions.
4. Identify and address student concerns or objections to facilitate smooth decision-making.
5. Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure students are well-informed and supported.
6. Participate in education fairs, school/college visits, webinars, and outreach activities to generate quality leads.
7. Maintain CRM entries and prepare regular reports on lead status, conversions, and feedback.
8. Achieve monthly/quarterly enrollment targets as per organizational goals.
