Role: Graphic Designer Location: Gurugram (On-site) Experience: 1- 3 years Type: Full-time About the Role Were looking for a Graphic Designer who can think creatively and execute clean, eye-catching visuals across digital platforms. From ad creatives and social media posts to website banners and email visuals youll help us create designs that not only look great but also drive results. Bonus points if you can do some basic video editing too! What Youll Be Doing Design social media creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Create performance marketing creatives (Meta & Google ads static banners, carousels, thumbnails, etc.) Work on website visuals Design email and presentation graphics that are clean and on-brand Contribute ideas for posts and campaigns during brainstorming sessions Support the content team with quick turnaround creatives when needed Help with basic video editing for short-form content (reels, testimonials) Youll Be a Great Fit If You Have 13 years of design experience Are comfortable using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva Have a solid understanding of composition, layout, and typography Can balance creativity with brand consistency You don’t just wait for briefs, you bring ideas to the table (Bonus) Know your way around basic video editing tools like Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
