Job Description

Job Title: College Outreach & Sales Executive (Feet-on-Street Model) Job Type: Full-Time | Field Sales | 80% Variable Pay Model Experience Required: 02 years (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome) Compensation: 5 LPA (Fixed) Variable up to 99% Industry: Education / EdTech / Training & Development Key Responsibilities: Visit college campuses daily to promote our educational programs. Establish and maintain strong faculty relationships to drive student referrals. Organise and conduct seminars, webinars, and on-ground events within colleges. Interact directly with students to explain program benefits and convert interest into enrolments. Distribute marketing materials and maintain brand visibility in colleges. Generate leads and follow up rigorously for conversions. Provide daily field reports and maintain CRM updates. Meet weekly/monthly student enrolment targets. Key Requirements: Graduate or pursuing graduation (any stream); MBA/PG preferred but not mandatory. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-driven and willing to travel extensively within the city/region. Prior experience in field sales, college ambassador roles, or EdTech sales is a plus. Having a two-wheeler and a smartphone is preferred.
