Admission Counsellor

The counsellor will play a pivotal role in guiding individuals toward fulfilling successful career paths. You must be a compassionate and insightful professional capable of providing career advice, assessing job-oriented skills and interests, and assisting students in making informed decisions. Your essential duties and responsibilities will include maintaining relationships by building and nurturing strong connections with parents and students to convert leads into enrolments successfully. You will provide students with comprehensive advice regarding the educational courses and programs necessary for specific career paths. Additionally, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within the branch, actively organizing and participating in on-campus and off-campus events, and handling inquiries efficiently through effective counselling techniques. You must be deadline-oriented, working effectively under pressure to meet deadlines and targets while delivering exceptional customer service. To be considered for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Counselling, Psychology, or a related field, along with previous experience in counselling or the education industry. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail are essential, and you should be able to work both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office and other job-related software is a plus. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for freshers.
