Position: Business Development Executive

Work Shifts (Choose Based on Region):

• India: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM IST
• UK: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST
• US: 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM IST
• Working Days: 5 Days a Week
• Compensation: Fixed Salary + Uncapped Incentives

• Handle lead management by engaging with students interested in pursuing Doctorate programs.
• Conduct professional counselling sessions (telephonic/virtual) to guide students about available programs, eligibility, and benefits.
• Maintain and update prospect data in CRM/records with accuracy.
• Drive student engagement through consistent follow-ups via calls, emails, or virtual meetings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth student onboarding and enrollment.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly enrollment targets to avail uncapped incentives.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
• Prior experience in counselling, business development, or student advisory roles preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
• Good organizational skills for managing leads and follow-ups effectively.
• Comfortable working in different time zone shifts (India, UK, US).
• Tech-savvy with knowledge of video conferencing tools and CRM systems.
