Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Provide admission counselling to students seeking higher education opportunities in India and abroad.
Assist students in selecting the right course, institution, and program that matches their academic background, interests, and career goals.
Conduct telephonic conversations with potential clients to understand their needs and provide personalized guidance on education options.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions, applications, and admissions.

Job Requirements :

0-3 years of experience in admission counselling or related field (educational sales/student counseling).
Strong communication skills for effective phone conversations with clients.
Knowledge of various educational institutions, courses, and programs offered in India and abroad.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
