Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Handle walk-in enquiries, counselling parents about school programs, curriculum, facilities, and admission process.
Manage phone calls, WhatsApp queries, emails, and follow-ups with prospective parents.
Maintain updated data of enquiries, leads, follow-ups, and confirmed admissions in the school CRM/MIS.
Coordinate school tours for parents, showcasing classrooms, labs, facilities, and activity areas.
Guide parents through the complete admission journey from enquiry to form filling to final registration.
Ensure timely follow-up with interested parents to convert leads into admissions.
Maintain professional communication and build strong rapport with parents.
Support marketing activities, admission drives, parent orientations, and promotional events.
Prepare daily/weekly admission reports, enquiry conversion reports, and MIS dashboards for management.
Maintain and file admission forms, documents, and student records systematically.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate / Post Graduate in any stream.
Experience: 15 years in school admissions, counselling, front office, or customer service.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
Confident, presentable, and polite with a positive attitude.
Good understanding of school systems, curriculum types (CBSE/ICSE), and admission procedures.
Proficient in MS Office, CRM, lead management software, and basic documentation.
Strong follow-up skills and conversion-focused mindset.
