Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rewari for an Admission Counsellor. The Admission Counsellor will assist prospective students and their families by providing information about the institute's programs, admission processes, and academic offerings. Responsibilities include guiding students through the enrollment process, addressing inquiries, following up on leads, and maintaining strong relationships with parents and students. The role also involves promoting the institute's courses, assisting in the planning of events, and contributing to the recruitment efforts.

Qualifications

Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to effectively interact with students and parents.
Proficiency in Customer Service and Sales to provide excellent guidance and drive enrollment processes.
A background or interest in Education to understand student needs and offer appropriate counseling.
Ability to work collaboratively with a team in a student-focused environment.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail to manage administrative and follow-up tasks efficiently.
