Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for an Admission Counsellor. The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for providing guidance to prospective students about admissions processes, counseling applicants on available programs, and supporting them throughout their application journey. This role also involves responding to queries, collaborating with academic staff, and building strong client relationships to encourage student enrollment. Additional responsibilities include participating in outreach initiatives, managing admissions paperwork, and maintaining records.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Interpersonal Communication and general Communication are essential to effectively engage with students and stakeholders.
Customer Service acumen to address applicant concerns and provide a positive experience during the admissions process.
Proficiency in Sales to influence prospective students to choose iFEEL for their academic needs.
An understanding of the Education sector and the ability to discuss academic programs confidently is preferred.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple inquiries and applications simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
Masters degree in a MBA and a background in counseling or education is an added advantage.
