Job Summary:
The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for promoting and facilitating admissions for AICTE-approved PGDM and International MBA programs offered in collaboration with global universities. The role involves guiding prospective students, managing the admission process, and supporting institutional enrolment goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle admission inquiries via calls, emails, and campus visits.
Counsel prospective students on program details, eligibility, and career prospects.
Explain differences between the PGDM and International MBA programs.
Manage leads, follow up with interested candidates, and ensure timely conversions.
Assist students with the application, documentation, and visa (for international programs, if applicable).
Coordinate with academic and marketing teams for promotional activities, education fairs, and outreach programs.
Maintain and update admission records and reports.
Achieve assigned admission and conversion targets.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (MBA or PGDM preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of higher education systems, especially AICTE and international programs.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/admission management tools.

Experience:
Freshers or Minimum 1–2 years in student counselling or admissions.
