Admission Counsellor :- Role & responsibilities Engage & Enroll Call and counsel doctors on our upskilling programs. Smash Targets Drive enrollments and achieve monthly goals. Smart Selling Use leads wisely, build connections, and close deals like a pro. Be the Face of Organization Create awareness and maintain a strong brand presence. Effective Counseling Understand course offerings and confidently handle queries. Personalized Pitching Adapt conversations to match customer needs and behavior. Preferred candidate profile Language Skills: Proficient in both English and Hindi. Experience: Freshers or candidates with 1+ years of experience. Age: Below 30 years. Sales Experience: Good experience in inside sales. Communication: Should be active and engaging during conversations. Shift :Day Shift.
