Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admission Counsellor based in Mathura. The Admission Counsellor will guide prospective students through the admission process by providing detailed information about FACE Prep's programs and career opportunities. Responsibilities include actively engaging with prospective students, conducting counseling sessions, assisting with course selection, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves contributing to sales and achieving enrollment targets while maintaining high service standards in interactions with students and parents.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to engage effectively with students and parents
• Customer Service skills to provide impeccable support and address queries efficiently
• Sales skills to promote and achieve enrollment targets
• Familiarity with and a passion for the Education domain, preferably with experience in student counseling or career guidance
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and demonstrate a customer-first approach
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet timelines
• A bachelor's degree in any discipline is required, with additional certifications in counseling or education being an advantage
