Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admission Counsellor located in New Delhi. The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for guiding parents and students through the admission process, providing personalized one-on-one counseling, and assisting with school selection. Duties include handling queries, facilitating the application process, and ensuring effective communication between parents and schools. The role also involves customer service and sales activities to support enrollment growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
• Strong Sales skills
• Experience in the Education sector
• Ability to work effectively on-site in New Delhi
• Possess problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Relevant experience in admissions counseling or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, or related field
