Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Make outbound and inbound calls to prospective students and professionals to promote academic programs.
  • Assess the needs of learners and recommend suitable courses aligned with their career goals.
  • Provide detailed program information, handle queries/objections, and build trust with prospects.
  • Follow up with leads promptly to ensure higher conversion of inquiries into enrolments
  • Schedule and conduct counselling sessions (via phone/video/in-person).
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups using CRM software.
  • Work towards achieving monthly enrolment targets.

Collaborate with the admissions and marketing teams to align strategies

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate in Business / Marketing / Education / any discipline.
  • 1 to 4 years of experience in admissions counselling (EdTech / Education industry preferred).
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

  • Strong communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and regional languages.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
