Role Description

Admission counsellor cum public relations manager

located in Delhi, India. Admission counsellor will be responsible for guiding prospective students and their parents through the admission process, providing information about educational programs, assisting with enrolments, and conducting tours of the school. Daily tasks include responding to inquiries, providing exceptional customer service to walk-ins, and supporting the administrative staff in various admission related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Admissions:

• Handle admission inquiries (walk-ins, calls, emails) and guide parents through the process
• Generate and convert leads through outreach, events, and community engagement
• Build strong relationships with parents, ensuring an excellent admission experience
• Conduct campus tours and participate in admission drives
• Maintain accurate records of applications, follow-ups, and admissions data
• Coordinate entrance assessments and interview schedules
• Meet enrolment targets through strategic follow-ups and relationship building

Public Relations:

• Support marketing and promotional initiatives to increase enrolments
• Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance the school's visibility and reputation
• Build relationships with local media, community organisations, and educational networks
• Coordinate school events, open houses, and engagement programs
• Organize participation in education fairs and community outreach activities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external communications
• Monitor and respond to online reviews and feedback

Requirements:

• Minimum three years of experience in admissions counselling, PR, or customer-facing roles (educational sector preferred)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi

Compensation & Benefits
