Role Description

As Nursery Teacger you’ll be responsible for:

• Planning and delivering educational activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development in young children.
• Creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
• Assessing and trackung the progress of each child and provide feedback to parents.
• Fostering a positive and nurturing classroom atmosphere.
• Collaborating with colleagues and parents to support each child’s learning and development. Maintaining accurate records of attendance, health, and progress.
• Upholding and promoting the culture, mission statement and core values of the school. 

Required Qualifications

• Graduate, Preferably holds a Bachelors degree in Education (B.Ed) or in a related field.
• Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) course from a recognized institution. 

Key Skills:

• Strong understanding of child development and early childhood education principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Instructional skills: To be able to present content in a structured form using variety of teaching aids.
• Patience: To be able to respond to overwhelming and difficult situations calmly. 

Compensation & Benefits

• ₹30,000 +
