Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Vandalur - Kelambakam Road for an Admission Counsellor. The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for guiding prospective students and their families through the admission process.

Main Tasks

- Convert prospect leads into admissions

- Provide counselling sessions to parents

- Manage documentation and applications

- Maintain records and report to Admission Manager

- Analyze competitors and suggest improvements

- Achieve individual and team admission targets

Qualifications

• Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
• Customer Service and Sales skills
• Understanding of the Education sector
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in academic admissions is a plus
