Job Role & Responsibilities:

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for:

• Generating and developing leads for student admissions
• Driving new business opportunities and managing sales pipelines
• Building and nurturing strong relationships with prospects and stakeholders
• Managing the end-to-end admissions process and hitting monthly targets
• Handling inbound and outbound communications with potential candidates
• Collaborating with team members to meet organization goals

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience: 1–2 years in sales (preferably in education/admission-related roles)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to achieve sales targets consistently
• Proficient in lead management, business communication, and client relationship building
• Graduate from any stream
• Note: No fieldwork required — this is an in-office role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
