Our team works closely with students and parents, providing counseling and support for admissions across a wide range of programs and institutions. We are expanding our team and looking for passionate Admission Counsellors to join us at our Noida office.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents on academic programs, admission processes, and career pathways.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, inquiries, and follow-ups with prospective students.
• Convert leads into successful admissions through effective communication and guidance.
• Maintain student records, track applications, and provide timely updates.
• Assist in admission events, seminars, and promotional activities when required.
• Build strong relationships with students and ensure a high level of satisfaction.

Requirements

• Languages:

  Proficiency in

  Tamil / Kannada / Telugu / Malayalam

  (any one)

  + English (mandatory).

• For Fresher Position:

  Strong communication and interpersonal skills, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm to guide students.

• For Experienced Position:

  1–2 years of experience in student counseling, tele calling, or admission-related roles. Proven ability to convert leads into admissions.
• Qualification: Graduate in any stream (Education / Counseling background preferred).
• Strong persuasion, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work on-site from our Noida office.
