Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admission Counsellor based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for driving student admissions through counseling sessions, understanding the needs of prospective students, and providing tailored course recommendations. Key responsibilities include responding to inquiries, guiding applicants through the enrolment process, delivering presentations on available programs, and maintaining accurate records of prospective learners. The Admission Counsellor will also collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to ensure an excellent learner experience from the first point of contact.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to understand client needs, provide guidance, and build trust
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools
• Prior experience in education counseling, sales, or customer relationship management is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field
• Knowledge of financial education or the BFSI/FinTech sector is an advantage
