Job Description

The Admission Counselor is responsible for handling parent enquiries, conducting effective counseling sessions, ensuring timely follow-ups, and converting enquiries into admissions. The role requires strong communication skills, ownership of the admission process, and active participation in marketing and outreach activities.

Key Responsibilities

Handle walk-in, telephonic, online, and campaign-generated enquiries professionally.
Conduct effective counseling sessions with parents by explaining the school’s curriculum, pedagogy, facilities, and value proposition.
Ensure timely and structured follow-up on all leads through calls, messages, and meetings.
Convert enquiries into confirmed admissions by addressing parent concerns and objections.
Maintain accurate enquiry and admission records in CRM / admission trackers.
Prepare and share daily / weekly admission reports with the management.
Participate actively in marketing activities such as school events, open houses, roadshows, and door-to-door campaigns.
Conduct competition analysis by understanding competitor schools’ offerings and fee structures.
Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure smooth admission processes.
Take complete ownership of admission targets and work towards achieving monthly and annual goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
