Key Responsibilities: - Perform a range of administrative tasks in support of service operations processes. - Initial screening of applications, scheduling interviews, and post-interview decision meetings. - Gather availability from candidates and assessors, support the organization of events, and manage communication with multiple candidates. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant information in the candidate tracking system and use various recruiting-related tools. - Provide efficient and error-free administrative support by following clear, pre-defined processes. - Take full ownership of responsibilities, ensuring every task is completed with accuracy and care. - Actively look for ways to improve workflows, enhance stakeholder experience, and organize critical information. - Handle sensitive people data professionally and discreetly. - Provide timely and helpful responses to queries, share knowledge, and direct inquiries to the appropriate individuals. - Support the implementation of new processes, identify opportunities for improvements, and embrace a mindset of continuous improvement. - Collaborate with colleagues, provide coverage when needed, and build strong professional relationships within the Talent Attraction and People Operations community. - Take charge of personal development by identifying growth opportunities and working with leadership to achieve them. Qualification Required: - 1+ years of relevant work experience preferably in recruiting or human resources. - Strong Microsoft Office skills; experience with recruiting tools and programs is preferred. - Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple streams of work independently. - Demonstrated initiative, judgment, and maturity with the ability to handle confidential information. - Flexibility to deal with ambiguity and last-minute changes, remain calm under pressure, and prioritize tasks effectively. - Great attention to detail, solid customer service orientation, excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills. - Excellent communication skills.,
