Administrator - Sports Networking

Location: Hong Kong

Commitment: Part-time (~10 hours/week)

Mode: Remote, except on event days

Role Description

To manage, coordinate, and grow a regional sports business networking chapter, ensuring smooth operations, active membership management, and meaningful conversations between entrepreneurs, professionals, investors, and institutions in the sports ecosystem.

Membership Management

Onboard new members and maintain an updated database.

Facilitate introductions and collaborations among members.

Event Coordination

Organize chapter-level networking meets (monthly/quarterly).

Coordinate speakers, panels, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Manage event logistics: venues, digital invites, sponsorships.

Community Engagement

Spotlight member achievements and success stories.

Strategic Partnerships

Build relationships with academies, leagues, brands, and government bodies.

Source sponsorships and collaborations for chapter activities.

Tasks

Track attendance, engagement, and partnership outcomes.

Provide quarterly reports to the leadership team.

Drive growth in membership and participation.

Required Skills

Strong networking & communication skills.

Event management experience.

Familiarity with the sports ecosystem (federations, clubs, startups, investors).

Self-starter with strong organizational ability.
