As a Chapter Manager, you will be the driving force behind the growth and engagement of a regional networking chapter—ensuring members find value through meaningful connections, collaborations, and conversations.

1. Membership Management

• Onboard new members and maintain an updated database.
• Facilitate introductions and collaborations among members.
• Monitor member engagement and ensure strong retention.

2. Event Coordination

• Organize monthly chapter-level networking meets.
• Identify, coordinate, and confirm guest speakers/panelists.
• Manage logistics for both in-person and virtual events.

3. Community Engagement

• Moderate discussions on DOS-Accord platforms and channels.
• Share relevant updates, news, and opportunities with members.
• Encourage participation and foster a collaborative culture.

4. Partnerships & Growth

• Identify local sponsors, partners, and collaborators for chapter events.
• Build synergies with sports academies, clubs, federations, and investors.
• Contribute to strategic growth of DOS-Accord in the region.

Essentials

• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Marketing, or related field.
• Passion for sports, sports business, and networking.
• Strong ability to coordinate events and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Willingness to commit for a
